The Four Immeasurables, Love (Maitri), Compassion (Karuna), Joy (Mudita) and Equanimity (Upeksa), is a Tibetan vow that encourages us to focus our attention on helping others. The vow is engraved in Tibetan on a sterling silver disc, measuring approximately 3/4 of an inch in diameter and hangs from a 16-inch black cotton cord with a silver button closure.
