If you have any questions that are not addressed on our site, please do not hesitate to email us and we will get back to you promptly.
Delivery
Shirise ships exclusively via UPS. We do our best to ship all orders in 1-2 business days. Depending on where you are located in the United States, expect delivery time to take an additional 1-5 business days. Our goal is for you to be satisfied, so we will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please view our Returns/Shipping page to view a detailed shipping cost chart and a map of UPS Ground delivery times.
Rush Delivery
We also offer Next Day Air and Second Day Air service. Add $20 for Next Day Air service and $10 for Second Day Air service. These shipments are still subject to the 1-2 business day processing period before shipment.
Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased
with your merchandise for any reason, you may return FOOTWEAR within 30 days
of receipt. HANDBAGS, JEWELRY, BELTS, and all SALE MERCHANDISE
may be returned within 10 days of receipt.
Refunds will be issued in the manner as the order was paid (shipping charges
are non-refundable). To insure credit, the returned item must be UNWORN, in
its ORIGINAL CONDITION, in ORIGINAL BOXES with all parts and accessories, and
with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Please do not place tape or shipping labels on the shoe
box. Please use the original or other suitable carton.

Please be sure to indicate the reason on the Return/Exchange form. For your
protection, we advise that you ship with a carrier that provides insurance and
a tracking number for your package.
Special Orders
If you see a shoe you like but it is not in stock, we will try to special order it for you. Send us your special order request to specialorders@shirise.com. Not every designer will have the item in stock, or it may require a backorder. We will keep you updated on the status of your special order request regardless of availability.
Merchandise Availability
Due to exceptional demand, we may need to special-order merchandise. You will be notified of any backorders or delays. Your account will not be charged until an item is shipped.
